PCPD Board Meeting
The March 8 Board Meeting is being conducted via ZOOM.

If you want to join by computer or Zoom app on your phone, click the link under “Zoom Meeting” below. You will be taken to a waiting room and the host will be notified to let you in the meeting.
*If you are not let into the meeting room within a couple of minutes of arriving in the waiting room, please exit and click the meeting link again to re-enter the waiting room.

To call in by phone:
Tip: have the meeting ID, participant ID and passcode written down/readily available before you dial. The input requests will time-out if info is not entered fairly quickly. Note: Sometimes the passcode is not requested.

** Note: there have sometimes been issues on some phones with being able to ‘unmute/mute’ via a phone call participation. This is not something the host can control.

If you call in by phone, it will welcome you to Zoom and
1) it will ask for the Meeting ID followed by the # sign. (Best to have codes written down so you can enter info quickly)
2) Next will ask: if you are the host -enter host Key or if you are a participant, press #.
3) Will ask for participant ID:

4) Enter passcode if requested
